We try so hard to hide everything we’re really feeling from those who probably need to know our true feelings the most. People try to bottle up their emotions, as if it’s somehow wrong to have natural reactions to life.

ok but it’s pretty cool to have someone who always texts me back and never leaves me wondering and constantly makes me feel loved and appreciated. it’s also cool to have someone to grow with, someone who builds me up. life is too short to chase someone who doesn’t do this. we’re adults now, the games get old
